How do I make changes to my order?

Any change to your order including, order delivery date, product selection, as well as product quantity can be made by emailing our team at info@curatecalgary.com. You can also fill out our contact form on the Contact page. Changes to any order must be made before the cutoff point each week, which is Saturday at 11:59pm.

What are your delivery days?

We delivery every week on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with the exception of statutory holidays.

When is the order deadline to receive my items the following week?

Our order cut-off time is weekly on Saturday evening at 11:59pm to receive your orders the following week.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently operate exclusively within the city of Calgary meaning we only deliver to communities within the Calgary city limits.

What time are deliveries made at?

We deliver from 9am-6pm Thursday - Saturday every week.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

We do not require you to be home to make your delivery. All orders will be left on the doorstep and our couriers will ring your doorbell to ensure a contactless delivery.

If you would like us to call ahead or knock on your door, please leave a note on your door or contact us beforehand by emailing us at info@curatecalgary.com.

Do I need an account to shop online?

You do not need an account to shop with Curate Calgary. Creating an account with us does however allow you to save payment methods for future orders, as well as view your order history in your Account section on our website.

How do I know which day my delivery is coming on?

You will receive an email confirmation from our team the morning of your date of delivery. If your order contains frozen items, we ask that you try to be home for your delivery, as these items can spoil if left out for too long.

What can I do if there was a problem with my order?

Whether you didn’t receive an item that you were expecting or you are unhappy with any of the items received, you can reach out to us at info@curatecalgary.com, and a member of our team will be in touch with you right away to resolve the issue.
